噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、耐磨材料回收并率高，有利清換耐磨材料；

3、包括電器設備組件均所采用進口量新產品，有著性能指標平穩，健康安全正規，的使用平均使用期長，定期檢查簡單化；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、濾油機主要包括冷凝機組安裝凈化設備，第1級主要包括風暴拆分器，2.級用凈水器濾芯式安裝凈化設備裝置，其總安裝凈化設備熱效率能達99.99%這；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各模式化自動操作選取互鎖操作，當在這其中一模式化出現了電腦故障時，關聯模式化均為止本職工作本職工作，噴槍為止本職工作引射；

8、房體分為房子設汁設汁，外貌簡單明了、顏值、國家標準，減噪效用好，且配置高效。
